Training for a decathlon is an excellent opportunity to increase athleticism and prepare to compete in the indoor track season. We will offer decathlon training sessions on Monday evenings from 6-8 pm at Pole Vault Carolina. Pole Vault Carolina will be hosting a boys and girls decathlon in late October/early November! Pole Vault Carolina will host a boys and girls decathlon on Friday July 22 and Saturday July 23 at Cary Academy! This is a unique opportunity for girls to participate in a decathlon as it is rarely contested for women / girls!
