Beginner’s Clinics at Pole Vault Carolina!

Athletes will learn the fundamentals of the pole vault in an encouraging environment! We start new athletes in the Beginner’s Clinics, and build their confidence through the practice of dynamic drills that are the foundation of the vault. They will complete jumps by the end of the session. Beginner’s Clinics are currently held on Sundays at 3 pm, and are 90 minutes in length. *Sessions are limited to 8 athletes. There is no pole sharing and masks are required.

Pole Vault Carolina Remains Open!

For the foreseeable future, the club will operate on our regular schedule.  We will be monitoring this daily.  If circumstances warrant further action, we will take that action.  Please make your decision to attend or not based on your own level of comfort. Pole Vault Clinic at Croatan High School

Coach Jose will lead a clinic from noon to 3 pm. Athletes will practice drills on the track and at the pit to empower all phases of the vault. Your athlete will take plenty of jumps!
