Pole Vault Carolina offers 2 pole rental programs:

1. Seasonal Pole Rentals for those who want their own set of poles for each season.

2. By the Meet Pole Rentals for those Pole Vault Carolina athletes who need poles to compete at their meets.

Seasonal Pole Rentals

We offer pole rentals for the Indoor season (Dec 1 – Feb 28), Outdoor Season (Mar 1 – May 30), and Summer Season (Jun 1 – Jul 30).

Pick-Up Date	Date Order Must Be Received
Pick-up Dec 1, 2024	Oct. 31, 2024 for Indoor Season
Pick-up Mar 1, 2025	Jan 31, 2025 for Outdoor Season
Pick-up June 1, 2025	Apr 30, 2025 for Summer Season

All poles must be picked up from and returned to our facility in Durham, NC.

We require Pole Rental Insurance to protect against pole spiking, pole breaking, or other damage. Pole insurance costs $150 for up to 4 poles, and is good from the time of purchase through the end of our calendar year, July 31, 2025. 

IN THE EVENT THAT A POLE IS DAMAGED OR SPIKED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE BELOW DEDUCTIBLE AT THE TIME THE CLAIM IS FILED.  

By-the-Meet Pole Rentals

We want Pole Vault Carolina athletes to have the poles they need for where they are in their development.

The rental fee per pole for meets is $20 / day / pole.

Pole Rental Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all participating in the By-the-Meet Pole Rental program to protect against pole spiking, pole breaking, or other damage.

Pole insurance costs $150 for up to 4 poles, and is good from the time of purchase through the end of our calendar year, July 31, 2025.

In the event that a pole is damaged or spiked, you will be responsible to pay the following:

If you have pole insurance, the deductible at the time the claim is filed.

If you do not have pole insurance, the full replacement cost of the pole.

Poles Used at Practices and Pole Vault Carolina Meets

As per terms and conditions, all participants are responsible for the replacement of any pole they break or damage during practices and meets at Pole Vault Carolina.

Pole Rental Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ALL to protect against pole spiking, pole breaking, or other damage.

Pole Insurance costs $150 for up to 4 poles and is good from the time of purchase through the end of our calendar year, July 31, 2025.

In the event a pole is damaged or spiked, you will be responsible to pay the below listed deductible if you have pole insurance, or replacement cost of the pole if you do not have insurance.
