A New Coach Joins Pole Vault Carolina!

KJ is a former professional soccer player with the Charlotte Eagles, and former assistant coach for Campbell University’s Men’s Soccer Team. When Matt Dillon started vaulting with us in the spring of his junior year, he had never pushed his athletic limits. Recent Enloe graduate Chloe Franks joined Pole Vault Carolina in the early part of 2016, and wowed us with her physical conditioning and focus. Recent Chapel Hill graduate, Dillon Kopec, has consistently impressed us with his ‘no excuses’ mentality to competition. Dillon is the strong, silent type and an extremely coachable athlete. Seventeen of our vaulters competed this past weekend at the NCHSAA and NCISAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.   70% of these athletes went from zero pole vaulting to the state meet in less than 12 months!
