Pole Vault Carolina hosts Beginner’s Clinics most Sundays from 11 am – 1 pm!  Beginner’s Clinics are designed for the beginning vaulter, or the athlete who has been away from the sport for awhile. Athletes spend the first 45 – 60 minutes learning the proper foundational drills that are crucial to an athlete’s safety. Athletes will learn body awareness and pole awareness.
