Mr. James Bemiller teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in sport law and sport governance in Sport Management at The University of Tennessee. His primary legal research interests include negligence and risk management is sport settings, gender equity, and constitutional issues in sport. He has also presented and published regarding the development of elite athletes. He earned his B.S. Ed. from Miami University in 1985, and M.S.
